FAQ'S
Where should I begin ? Because I have never done this before.
Honestly, designing and buying a new memorial is not something we do that often or know much about. In fact some people may only do this once in a lifetime so it may be intimidating at first. Seaside Memorials can help guide you through all the details and decisions needed to design a new memorial for your loved one. Just contact us and we will help answer any questions you may have and let you know how to get started.
Why doesn't the website have prices ?
Our website does not have pricing due to the fact that every new memorial has its own unique elements. These elements include size, shape, color, finishes, lettering/designs and installation. Although some of these differences may be subtle, it still has an impact on the final price. After all these specific elements have been decided we will give you an exact price. We can however give you a free estimate over the phone or by email.
How much does a normal memorial cost ?
The total cost of a new memorial can range greatly due to the size, shape, color, finishes, lettering/designs and installation. Just like a gemstone on a piece of jewelry, there are many different grades of granite & marble. So memorials can range from $300 to $12,000. It depends on all of the individual components of a new memorial that determine the final price.
Do I need to come in and see you in person or can we do all of this over the phone and email ?
We offer multiple options for placing a new memorial order. We have helped many families purchase a new memorial but have never met them in person. We understand that we all live busy lives and may not have the enough time to make a visit to our office. Or you may not live in the area but want to place an order because we are close to the cemetery where your loved one rests. Although we prefer to meet in person, we do have options to help you in almost any situation. Just give us a call during business hours and we can give you your options.
